Intercongress GmbH and GUARANT International spol. s r.o. are the official housing agencies for the 15th EPNS Congress in Prague in 2023.
If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the event nor do they have access to the officially contracted room blocks and rates. The organiser and the official housing agency DO NOT place telephone calls requesting personal details or credit card information of participants! Please do not supply your credit card details over the telephone.
Please note that we do not disclose or forward any contact details to third parties. These agencies DO NOT have access to information on hotel bookings you arrange with us.
Please be aware that these unauthorised companies might not deliver what they promise in terms of quality and location. Rates and extra charges may be inflated or extra fees placed on credit cards.
