Tickets

The congress will take place over four days and, for the first time, will offer both in-person and virtual participation options. It begins with the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, 6 April 2027 at 18:30 CET. The official congress programme starts on Wednesday, 7 April 2027. The congress will be introduced with the Pre-Congress on 6 April 2027 (separate registration required).

Congress

Registration will start on 5 August 2026. You can decide whether to take part in-person or virtually. In order to benefit from reduced congress registration fees, it is essential that members have paid the 2026 or 2027 EPNS membership fee, reduced professional groups need a confirmation.

Please note that the Pre-Congress requires a separate registration and is not included in the Congress ticket. Contingent for participation is limited. Registration will start on 5 August 2026.

Fees – In-person participation

The In-person Congress Ticket participation includes admission to all scientific sessions of the congress programme, access to the commercial exhibition, delegate’s badge, coffee/refreshments and lunch during official breaks, attendance to the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception (6 April 2027) and certificates.

A separate fee is applicable for the Pre-Congress and the Social Events.

Please note: The early bird rate is valid from 5 August 2026, CET until 23 February 2027, 23:59 CET. From 24 February 2027, 00:00 CET the regular rate applies. The e-ticket with access data will be sent out via e-mail one week before the congress.

¹ In order to benefit from reduced congress registration fees, it is essential that you have paid your current year EPNS membership fee. During the registration process you need to enter your EPNS records email address. If you have any doubts, please email the EPNS Office at info@epns.info and they will be happy to verify your EPNS membership status.
² LMIC (low & middle income countries) according to the World Bank list. Please scroll to the bottom of the page, there you can find all the listed Low and middle income countries. Relevant is the country in which the delegate practices in.

Fees – Virtual participation

The Day Ticket Wednesday/Thursday/Friday Virtual participation includes access at Wednesday, Thursday OR Friday to the livestream of Hall 116 only (subject to speaker approval), certificate of attendance (but does not qualify for CME credits). Hall 116 is the main congress hall and hosts all plenary lectures, along with a selection of parallel sessions, early morning teaching sessions, and industry symposia.

By purchasing the three-day Congress Virtual Tickets (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), participants will receive access to Tuesday and Saturday as bonus days at no additional cost.

Membership

The European Paediatric Neurology Society (EPNS) is a thriving and growing society of more than 2,000 health professionals, scientists, and students with a clinical or research interest in Paediatric Neurology. The society promotes training, best practice in clinical care and research and lobbies for children with neurological disorders at a European level.

Terms

Cancellation of participation is generally excluded. An optional cancellation fee (10% of the participation fee for the early bird rate, 15% of the participation fee for the regular rate) can be booked as part of the online registration process. This allows cancellation up to and including 9 April 2027. The difference will be refunded less the cancellation option. Further terms and conditions can be found here.
